Mark Williams. Mark was the Professor of Clinical Psychology and Director of the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre.
Melanie Fennel. Melanie is a clinical psychologist from the Oxford University Mindfulness Centre.
Dianna Winston. Diana is the Director of Mindfulness Education at the University of California at Los Angeles.
John Kabat-Zinn. John was the Professor of Medicine emeritus at the University of Massachusetts Medical School and instrumental in bringing mindfulness into the mainstream of medicine and society.
The benefit of these apps is that they can be customised to your presenting concern whether it is stress related, anxiety, anger, difficult emotions, thoughts, sleep issues etc.
